Super Summer 2011

Cornerstone took 9 students and 3 sponsors to Super Summer July 18-22 in Salina, Kansas.  Super Summer is a week long camp for junior and senior high students ran by the Kansas Nebraska Convention of Southern Baptists.  Despite the 108° heat, we enjoyed the high ropes challenge course, the zip line, Ready to Fly, and the firing range.

While we had fun during the week, the reason for camp is to grow closer as a group and to grow closer to God.  Our group had 7 decisions made, including four students who came to Christ for the first time.  Thank you for supporting this ministry, please continue to pray for the students .
